Once a homeless addict and saved by grace, Tracy began her career as a parent educator for the County of Orange, working with the children and family services department. In this role, she provided education to focus on issues common to families in crisis such as safety, communication, problem-solving and effective parenting. Her goal was to reduce the impact of trauma, decrease stressors that can trigger the onset of substance abuse and mental health problems, and to increase overall family resiliency. This role ignited her passion for working with families in crisis. Tracy received her Masters Degree in Psychology and Mental Health Therapy from Hope International University. She went on to complete her Doctorate at Capella University with a Specialization in Clinical Psychology. Tracy has provided clinical leadership and utilization review to numerous substance abuse facilities over the years; serving as the Clinical Program Director and Chief Clinical Officer. Tracy is known for her hospitality, compassion, patience and big loving heart. Tracy loves God, her family and she enjoys serving others while volunteering within the community and her church assisting those in need.

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.”
