A single mom of 2 who escaped a toxic relationship and ended up in motels….. We met this family almost 3 years ago. We were able to come alongside them and walk with them as we helped guide them into permanent housing and self sufficiency. They transitioned from the motel into a private room rental and lived in the room rental for a year before transitioning into an apartment of their very own. During the time it took for this family to transition, we were able to provide them with so much love and hope. Because of YOU all out there and because of your support and your donations, we were able to keep this family afloat in motels despite the high motel rates. We were able to provide this family with their basic needs such as food, hygiene products and clothing. Because of all of you, the two kids have had everything they need from new coats, backpacks, school supplies, new clothes and shoes for back to school, Halloween baskets each year, as well as Christmas gifts galore and birthday gifts too. Because of YOU this family survived homelessness and made it!!
