Angela Hair

Co-Founder & Executive Director

Angela Hair grew up in East Texas surrounded by hardship, instability, and adversity. Despite a childhood marked by dysfunction, addiction, and abuse, she learned early how to work hard, persevere, and care deeply for others.

After building a life with her husband, Cliff, together they faced one of their greatest battles—losing their home and falling into addiction, eventually becoming homeless for two years at a Motel 6 in Corona. It was there, in the midst of brokenness, that Angela and Cliff found sobriety, faith, and a renewed purpose. They surrendered their lives to God in 2018, were baptized that Christmas Eve and moved into permanent housing shortly after.

In 2019, they founded Angels Over Cliffs, turning their pain into purpose by serving those facing the same struggles they once lived through. Angela gives all glory to God for transforming her life and filling it with joy, love, and purpose.  Today, she pours hope into the hopeless with compassion born from lived experience.

Angela loves spending time with her husband, their pets, being outdoors, and staying rooted in her church community. Her favorite scripture is Romans 8:28, a promise she has seen fulfilled in her own life.
