Cliff Hair is the Co‑Founder and President of Angels Over Cliffs, a ministry he and his wife Angela launched in March 2019 after surviving the very struggles they now help others overcome. Cliff carries lived experience with lifelong chemical addiction and a season of homelessness, chapters that could have destroyed him, but instead became the foundation of his calling. After being rescued and redeemed by Christ, Cliff stepped boldly into the purpose God placed on his life: to serve the hidden homeless with dignity, compassion, and unwavering hope.
Before ministry, Cliff spent 17 years as co‑owner of an advertising company, building a strong background in sales, leadership, and business operations. A Riverside native, he devoted 15 years to martial arts, worked as a licensed insurance agent, and, through hardship, surrender, and transformation, earned what he calls his degree from the “University of Adversity.”
Today, Cliff leads Angels Over Cliffs with humility, grit, and a deep conviction that no life is too broken for God to restore. His story is living proof that redemption is real, and his mission is simple: to be a light for those still fighting their way out of the dark.
